My co-workers say OMG this summer must be endless
Certainly it's so hot that our life has to be breathless
Why should we wear our masks? It seems just too careless
I want to try to save my life cause that's really priceless

But the government says the price of electricity must become higher
On Twitter people say every politician is a liar
I can't see if it's true. I don't trust the info through the wire
OK, you can blame the outside by your mouth. But what will you acquire?

I won't say dreaming revolutions is a waste of time
And also, our government might be doing a kind of crime
Comparing with them, everyone's existence is like a slime

But I still say we should change this world slowly
Slowly and steadily, and we shouldn't trust any magical things as the moly
I believe this attitude even though it make me terribly lonely

同僚が言うには、この夏は終わりがない
確かにとても暑く、呼吸すらままならない
マスクなんてできない。とてもじゃないけど危険すぎる

でも政府は言う。電気代が値上がりするって
Twitterではみんな、政治家は嘘つきだと言う
ほんとかどうかわからない。回線越しの情報はうさん臭い
罵ることは簡単だけど、いったい何が得られるだろう

革命の夢を見ることがムダだとは思わない
政府は確かにある種罪を犯しているのかもしれない
彼らと比べれば、ぼくらはまるでスライムのようにはかない

でもそれでも、世界は少しずつ変えられるべきだ
